The dashboard is the same for every vehicle. What changes is the device we install and the fee, depending on whether the vehicle has a tachograph. You own the device on every plan.

Bookings, contracts, payments and inspections in the same dashboard as the GPS. With remote unlocking, customers pick up the vehicle with nobody at the office; a technician installs the device.
The device installed in the vehicle connects to the tachograph and sends the files to our servers, without the vehicle or the driver going to the office. Driver cards are downloaded with the company card, which can sit in a reader at your office or in the cloud, in a reader we manage (€6 per card per month). Each file is archived with the period it covers, the download date and the date until which it is kept.
If a vehicle or a card gets close to its deadline without a download, the dashboard marks it as "due soon" before it expires, and the alert reaches you and, if you give them access, your accountant.

The dashboard
Each vehicle's page brings together its position, the day's route and the tachograph status. Continuous driving, accumulated break, daily and weekly driving are shown as the vehicle's tachograph records them.
One login works for the transport manager, the back office and the accountant. Each user sees what their role allows, and the accountant can get read-only access to the files without sharing your password.

1Driving and rest times
Continuous driving against the 4 h 30 min limit, accumulated break, today's driving against 9 h and the week's against 56 h. The dashboard warns you when the mandatory break is close.
2Position and trips
Live map with every vehicle, follow a specific vehicle and automatically detected trips with their stops and mileage.
3Alerts and expiry dates
Speed, zone exit, device-disconnection and sudden tank-drop alerts, and MOT, insurance and document expiry dates.

Security and compliance

Transporte Tacógrafo adds the tachograph download and engine data (diesel, consumption) via FMS: download, custody, deadlines, drivers, accountant, diesel and harsh events marked on the route. Transporte GPS uses the same device as vans, with no tachograph or engine connection. Enterprise has the same as Tacógrafo.

What do I need to download the tachograph remotely?+
A Teltonika device installed in the vehicle and wired to the tachograph, and a company card to download the driver cards. A technician installs the device and we help you connect the company card.
How often must the data be downloaded?+
The vehicle memory at least every 90 days and the driver card at least every 28 days, under Regulation (EU) 581/2010. The dashboard shows the days left for each deadline.
How long do you keep the files?+
400 days from the download. Each file shows the period it covers and until when it is kept.
Where is the data stored?+
On AWS servers in Spain (Aragon). We comply with the GDPR and the data processing agreement is published on the security page.
Is there a minimum term?+
Yes, 12 months and then month to month. If you cancel earlier, you pay the fees (VAT included) left until 12 months. In the first 60 days you can cancel with no penalty.
Who installs the device?+
A technician, by appointment. Before leaving, they check the device is sending data correctly.
Does it work with my tachograph?+
According to Teltonika documentation, it works with VDO DTCO 1381 from version 1.3a and Stoneridge SE5000 from version 7.1. Smart tachograph from 2023 onwards? Ask us before signing up.
Do you handle the DeCA?+
No. You issue the DeCA with your usual tool. Fletaro takes care of the tachograph: it remotely downloads the memory and the cards and tracks driving and rest times.
What is the fine for missing tachograph data?+
Not keeping the tachograph data you must store at the company is an offence under the Spanish Land Transport Act. If the gap is significant, it is very serious (art. 140.21) and carries €2,001 to €4,000; if not, it is serious (art. 141.13) and carries €601 to €800 (art. 143.1, letters h and e).
