Does it work with my vans even if they are different makes?
Yes. The Fletaro Box GPS is compatible with any vehicle with a 12V or 24V battery. Volkswagen, Renault, Ford, Iveco, Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot, Citroën… make and year do not matter. Our technician confirms it at the installation visit.
Can I see routes from previous days or only real time?
Both. You get the history of positions and routes for the last 60 days: exact route, kilometres per trip, stops and duration, ignition on and off times. Replayable vehicle by vehicle.
What happens if a driver switches the device off or tampers with it?
The Fletaro Box GPS is wired directly to the vehicle’s power, not to the cigarette lighter socket. If someone disconnects it, you get an immediate alert. The device is fitted in a discreet location that only the technician and the fleet manager know.
Does it warn me when the MOT or the insurance is about to expire?
Yes. You store each vehicle’s documents with their expiry date (MOT, insurance, permits) and Fletaro warns you before they lapse. Included in all plans.
Is there a minimum term? How much am I committing to?
The minimum term is 12 months. The setup and installation fee (€120/vehicle, one-off, excl. VAT) covers the device, which you buy and own with a 24-month warranty, installation by a certified technician and the SIM, so we do not finance the device inside the monthly fee and can ask for only 12 months, a third of the usual 36 at Samsara, Webfleet or Geotab. After 12 months you cancel whenever you want without penalty and the device stays with you: there is nothing to uninstall. And a 60-day guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first two months, you return the device and we refund the setup fee.
