No. The physical keys remain inside the vehicle. The system only opens the door remotely so the driver can access the keys and drive normally. The car's ignition system is unchanged — the driver uses the original keys to start the engine.

What happens if the mobile network is down?

The Fletaro Box supports Bluetooth as a backup communication channel. If 4G is unavailable, the driver can unlock the vehicle via Bluetooth proximity. Additionally, the device stores the last authorized state, so pre-approved access windows continue to work even during brief network outages.

Can someone intercept the unlock command?

All commands are encrypted with TLS 1.3 and include replay protection. Each command has a unique token that expires after use. Intercepting and replaying a command is not possible with this architecture. The security level is comparable to online banking.

When the authorized driver arrives, the system deactivates the immobilizer and unlocks the doors. The physical keys are inside the car — in the glove box or a dedicated key holder.
